A: No, we do not offer wholesale on any of our products.
Q: Do you ship internationally? What are the charges?
A: Yes, we ship our Santos dolls worldwide, when size permits. We have a couple of ladies that are too large or delicate for that long of a voyage. Approximately 95% of our inventory is acceptable for overseas shipment. To find your shipping charge, put the items in the cart and proceed to checkout, where you can enter your country of delivery. That will show your shipping fee for that particular doll. Fees may be different for each doll, as we charge according to weight. **Note: If checkout says we do not ship to your country, please email us for a quote! We will add your country to our checkout cart. **
Q: What does it mean when I add an item to my cart, but I see a red bar at the top that says "cannot be added to your cart because it is being purchased by someone else"?
A: The shopping cart system has this item on hold for 15 minutes because someone else has also put it in their cart. Once 15 minutes has expired, the item is free for somebody else to purchase. Wait 15 minutes and try again. It should either be available, or sold out, depending on if the other person bought it or not. Feel free to email us if it's sold out, so we can order you another!
Q: How long will it take to get my item?
A: We try to ship your item as quickly as possible, which means the same day in some cases. We always ship within 2 business days, however. Your item will be shipped from Tennessee. If you live in the US, delivery can be from 1-5 business days, depending on how far you are from this location. We ship Fedex and USPS, and we will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment.
International orders can take 1-5 weeks, depending on the status of any wars, postal strikes, or erupting volcanoes in the world! International orders are always send via postal service.
