Our 33" Santos angel is inspired by a combination of American folk art and a traditional Spanish Colonial style Santos. Her torso is wood, and her skirt is tin, visible by only a slight seam where they are connected and painted. She is painted in robins egg blue and washed in brown, which yields a greenish appearance from a distance. She is attached to a black pedestal. She is jointed at the elbows and shoulders, however her arms are meant for only limited movement.
Our 28" Santos angel is a gorgeous redhead, beautifully painted in shades brown with raw sienna peeking through the distressed paint. She has removable angel wings. Her wings are gold metal, with a brown, painted wax finish. She's a folk art doll with folksy features. She is intentionally distressed, and may display natural separation marks and light chippiness -perhaps not visible in our stock pictures- between the head plate and the chest. She has a fair complexion with gentle blushing.
